Rogue Sky slowly made her way through the sky, dark blue wings flapping silently as her watchful eye gazed down at the city below her. It was the mare's first instinct to know the area of wherever she was at. It was a survival technique that she had picked up a long time ago, when she was just a filly in fact, and it was hard to let go of it even though she knew that the streets of Ponyville weren't as dangerous as those in Manehatten.
"I miss home already." the leader of the Blood Shadows neighed to herself with a sigh, starting to descend to the unfamiliar ground of Ponyville "I wonder what the gang is doing... I hope Jay and Shadow Stalker and Rebel are alright. If that gang, I forgot their stupid name, dares attack them when I'm gone, I will make sure they know not to deal with us Blood Shadows by the time I get back."
Rogue Sky gave a proud, powerful snort and pawed at the ground with a firm look on her face as if to tell the world "Don't mess with me or you will get hurt."

Radishes Carrots Celery Pears Daisies
"Thank you, sir!" Twilight Sparkle chimed to the stall keeper as she levitated a stalk of celery into her saddlebag. Once the vegetable was securely tucked away, she lifted out her small scroll and a quill, making a quick adjustment to what was written there.
Radishes Carrots Celery Pears Daisies
It seemed the unicorn was making good time. Of course, this was common for her; she'd planned this out carefully, organizing the items on her list so that she could acquire them on the most efficient route possible. If it seemed a bit excessive to make a plan for a simple trip to the market, the unicorn would counter that the results spoke for themselves. She'd yet to waste time wondering where she should go next, or how best to arrange her purchases in her bags, or even what she should purchase. She knew what she wanted from the start, meaning she could get in, get out, and have plenty of time to finish reading that history of Canterlot Castle.
"Alright, time for pears," Twilight thought aloud, rolling up the scroll with her magic and packing it away. Walking calmly over to the appropriate stand, the purple mare bargained the earth pony vendor down to four bits for a half-dozen--exactly as much as she'd expected she'd have to pay. This time, however, moving on to the next objective wasn't so simple.
Twilight was in the midst of both stowing away the pears and floating out her checklist when a familiar pink blur whizzed past, knocking the unicorn off balance. "Pinkie--!" she blurted sternly, stumbling to the side until she ran into something. Both pears and checklist lost their magenta fields of telekinetic magic and fell, scattering around Twilight as she regained her balance and looked up to see what she'd bumped into.
"Oh--I'm so sorry!" she said the moment she realized it had been another pony. Beginning to levitate her fruit once again, the purple unicorn looked back up at the pegasus mare, a curious expression on her face. "Are you new here? I've never seen you before, I don't think."

Rogue Sky's little moment was interrupted when another pony, a purple unicorn to be precise, bumped into her. The pegasus, however, barely moved even with the impact from the unicorn bumping into her as she was strong and was used to being bumped by heavy objects. She was just a little surprised and a bit upset but somehow managed to stop herself from hurting the younger pony. Even if she did it wouldn't be on purpose. It was just the first instinct for the Manehatten pony.
"I'm alright and yeah. I'm new." Rogue replied calmly yet coldly as she stretched her wings and carefully rearranged the red bandanna around her neck, her cold, dark amber eyes never leaving the stranger "Name's Sky. I doubt that you'd ever seen or heard of me unless you've visited Manehatten before. Most ponies tend to know me there..."

Pinkie Pie, on a dangerous and important mission, whizzed through the market at top speed, darting around carts, dodging unsuspecting ponies.
She would do it, she would do it, she would--
Despite her expert dodging skills, Pinkie couldn't quite get around the smiling purple po--
Oh, that was Twilight.
"Hi, Twilight!" She called as she whizzed past, but she brushed a bit too close, and both ponies were knocked off-balance; Twilight into another pony and Pinkie into a bushel of apples.
"Awwwwwwwwwww!" Pinkie crawled out of the bushel, a look of near-sadness on her still-bright face. "I was so clo--Oh, pears!"
And with not another thought of the failed mission, Pinkie bounced over to Twilight, sat right on her haunches, and smiled brightly at her friend and the dark pony she'd bumped into as she munched on one of the fallen fruits.
"--yeah. I'm new." She caught.
Pinkie, buggy-eyed, didn't notice her mouth (filled with pear, mind you) unhinging and dropping nearly to the floor in a quite unseemly fashion.
This pony was new! That must mean she hadn't met anyone yet, and if she hadn't met anyone yet, she must not have any friends, and if she didn't have any friends--
Oh, she already knew where this one was going.
"We have to throw a great big ginormous super-duper spectacular welcome party!" She said.
Except, not really, because it came out sounding sort of like "weft froo a grbg gnms spr-drpspctrr--" Swallow, "WELCOME PARTY!"
She leapt to her feet, hopped in place. Gummy, attached to her tail, was, of course, taking notes on all this with the pen in one of his little hands and the pad of paper in the other.
"We'll have streamers and cake and cupcakes--it'll be even bigger then Twilight's party! Right, Twilight? Right?"
The pony introduced herself, which only served to excite Pinkie even more.
"Name's Sky. I doubt that you'd ever seen or heard of me unless you've visited Manehatten before. Most ponies tend to know me there..."
Pinkie winked in a grandly un-inconspicuous fashion.
"Don't worry, before you know it, you'll have tons of friends because nopony leaves a Pinkie Pie party without making a ton of friends!" And with that, the pink mare struck a pose, foreleg curled up, back leg straight out in the air.
Gummy dropped the pen and paper and blinked.
"It's going to be the bestset, biggest, super-li-duper-est party ever!"
comments; ...please tell my why every thread with Pinkie in it turns into a party?
....Oh, wait. It's Pinkie.
