Personality
Personality Description: Coach is an old school kind of pony. He believes in discipline and hard work on the court or field will lead you to success. If he spots any signs of laziness they are met with a sharp blow from his whistle. He’s been known for quick punishments and even quicker to commandments. He gains his players’ respect with each winning game. Though some times he may also gain some of the older players’ hatred for the exercise drills and conditioning he puts them through in the off season.
It’s not always a ‘win or lose’ thing with Coach. At times he enjoys teaching the colts and fillies the fundamentals of teamwork and good sportsmanship. Refereeing the games after and during school is a favorite pass time of his.
When he’s not blowing his whistle or managing the team you can find him out and about Ponyvillie. He can be talked into doing manual labor if it’s for a good cause or if there’s a plate of sweets waiting for him when he’s done. Making small talk and getting a good laugh with the town folk and shop keepers always puts a smile on his face. And thanks to his cravings the town bakery is his new favorite hangout.

History
History:
The oldest of three Hustleford had a knack for keeping his younger siblings in order. His mother and father weren’t around much so it was up to him to set a good example for the little ponies. As time passed it became easy for him to give instructions to his rambunctious brother and sister. He’d make chores seem like games and games more championships. As they all grew up the little ones’ curiosity did as well. This led them to get into trouble when their big brother had his back turned.
One night their adventurous side got the better of them and the two ventured out into the night towards the Everfree Forest. Back in their room Huslteford peeked in to check on them and was struck with fear at the empty beds. In a panic he rushed out the front door and began shouting their names. The colt’s hollers are silenced as he spots two tracks heading into the dark woods. At firs he was hesitant to go after them. Maybe he should get help? No, that would take too much and something horrible might happen to them!
Following the tracks he comes to a cave’s dark and damp entrance. Taking a few breaths to build up his confidence he braves the cramped cave. He felt short of breath, but he called for his siblings. And in the darkness he blindly walked into a jagged stalagmite. With a yelp he rears back and tears his ear in the process. After what seemed like days he catches the two trouble makers. After giving the duo a good scolding he hugged them tight.
Growing up he fell in love sports, and winning. He watched and learned from his opponents. Hustleford quickly picked up on their weaknesses and exposed them. Soon he was on his way to the top until it happened. During the championship game of Hoofball he was tripped and landed on his right knee hard. The blow took him out of the game and put him in a cast for months.
With his glory days behind him Hustleford, nowadays known as Coach Hustle, couldn’t abandon his love for competition. Rather than running the plays himself on the field he’s now calling them on the sideline.
